Festive Indian Attire:

Join us in colourful, traditional Indian outfits.


Women: Lehenga, saree, or salwar kameez
Men: Sherwani, kurta, or other traditional Indian wear

25 May 2025 – Exchange of Vows & Reception Dinner

Formal or Traditional Attire:

We warmly invite you to grace the occasion in formal or traditional attire of your choice. We encourage guests to embrace their own cultural attire. Women are kindly requested to refrain from wearing black or white.

Women: Evening gowns, kebaya, saree, qipao, or other traditional wear
Men: Suits, batik, sherwani, or other traditional wear

Guests of all gender identities are welcome to wear attire that best represents them while respecting the dress code spirit.

Accommodation

We have two recommended hotels near our event venues: The Marmara Taksim and CVK Taksim Hotel.

 

For The Marmara Taksim we have reserved rooms available for single, double, and triple occupancy. You can book with our group rate directly through the link provided below.

For CVK Taksim Hotel, we offer a range of options from single occupancy to more spacious rooms. If you need assistance with booking this hotel, please let us know through the RSVP form, where you can also specify your room preferences.

How do I RSVP,  and what is the deadline?

2. Transportation

Are airport transfers available?

Yes, we are delighted to offer complimentary airport transfers from Istanbul Airport (IST) to your accommodation upon arrival. Simply select this option when RSVPing and share your flight details. If these details are not available at the time of RSVP, you can let us know later.

Which airport should I fly into?

The nearest airport is Istanbul Airport (IST).

How can I travel from the airport to my accommodation if I don’t opt for the transfer?

Istanbul Airport offers reliable options, including taxis, ride-sharing services, and public transportation. We recommend checking the airport’s official website for up-to-date schedules and fares.

3. Visa Requirements

Do  I need a visa to attend the events in Istanbul?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Some guests may be exempt, while others can easily obtain an e-Visa online. We recommend reviewing the official Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs website for detailed and up-to-date information.

How do I apply for a Turkish e-Visa?

If eligible, you can apply through the official e-Visa portal. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 180 days beyond your intended stay.
